Fitzgerald Park is a spectacular 78-acre, all-seasons park. The eastern boundary of the park provides tremendous views of the Grand River, fish ladder, and dam. No visit to the park is complete without viewing the famous sandstone ledges, and ancient sedimentary rock outcroppings that line the banks of the Grand River. Meet us at Hot Rod at 8:30a with KS up at 9:00a. Road Captain is -  Scott Herbert.

     Air Zoo Aerospace & Science Museum - 6151 Portage Rd, Portage, MI 49002

The Air Zoo, founded as the Kalamazoo Aviation History Museum, is an aviation museum and indoor amusement park in Portage, Michigan. The Air Zoo holds many historical and rare aircraft, including the world's fastest air-breathing aircraft, the SR-71B Blackbird. Tickets are $15-$18. The road captain for this ride is Dave Spoelma.

 

Little Sable Point Lighthouse & Chicken Shack - Sunday, September 8 ⋅1:00pm

     287 N Lighthouse Dr, Mears, MI 49436

Amidst the Silver Lake State Park sand dunes, stands the spectacular Little Sable Point Lighthouse. Over a hundred feet tall and still harboring its original 3rd order Fresnel lens. (Tickets to climb the Lighthouse $5-$8.) Lunch at the Chicken Shack. Meet at Hot Rod at 12:30p with KS up at 1:00p. Your road captain will be Terry VerBerkmoes.

Muskegon HOG Chapter's SEPTEMBER Meeting - MONDAY SEPTEMBER 9, 6:00 pm

     We welcome all to become part of our family known as the Muskegon HOG Chapter. The HOG Chapter is more than simply an organization, it's a place where people who share a passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles can come together and share the passion of the open road. Please join us in the lower level of Hot Rod Harley at 6:00p for our SEPTEMBER meeting. This is the last planned ride for the  2024 season and the last weekday for our monthly meetings. We return to (2nd) Sunday 1:00p meetings in October. Plan to ride to dinner after the meeting.

Mystery Overnight - September 13 – 15, 2024 - 8:00am

     Meet at Hot Rod

Hotels are booked and the destination is still a Mystery.  Plan to meet at Hot Rod at 7:30am with KS up at 8:00am on FRIDAY September 13. With this group, it's sure to be a fun time! The Scott boys will be your road captains on this weekend ride.
